Prices do not include tax. Taxable items will have 6.25% Mass. sales tax added at checkout.

All items (except for those in the categories "Fresh Produce" and "in Stock Products") must be ordered by the case. Note that in the Personal Care and Supplment Categories most cases are just one individual unit. In other categories, you may have to order 10 or 12 items at a time.

To find out how many items are in a case, look below the product name. If there is a number followed by a slash (/), then you must order in a case of that many units. For example: "12/10 oz" means there are 12 units of 10 oz each. The price directly above the "add to cart" box is the case price. The unit price is listed in a separate column.

By shopping by the case, you are saving approximately 25% off suggested retail. When you shop the monthly specials and buy in bulk, you will save even more!

All orders will be confirmed via email. The email will give you details on when the order will be available for pick up at the store (8 Central St. Brookfield MA). Payment is usually check upon pickup. If you must pre-pay, you will be notified by email with instructions for how to do that.

In general, orders placed by Thursday evening can be picked up the following Monday after 5pm. The website order deadline is Wednesday, 8 pm but exceptions sometimes are possible. Any questions, please email contact@tiptoponline.us.
